If I'm not mistaken (and correct me if I'm wrong) i saw a post asking for recommendations of books and movies from our cultures, and so i bring you "The complete sonnets of Antero de Quental" its a portuguese author that has some really great works in there. Movie-wise, i thought of "Os Maias" by João Botelho, a book adaptation of a classic!

while we're still on the topic of Rocky and my sona having kids i wanna share an idea before i forget,

she's always said she'd never get married and have kids- it's just not the life she wanted. she wasn't even capable of falling in love anyway (and y'all know how true that ended up being /sarcasm)

Romano is the one that looks like Rome the most. Veneziano it's a close second, but Romano it's really Rome copy-paste when he was younger.

Do you think that the Romance countries look at his face and see Rome's ghost? What are their thoughts when they see themselves in the mirror? Do they seek for the little traces of Rome on their face? Do they compare themselves to Romano and Veneziano? Is it disappointment or relief what they feel when they realize how different they look compared to Rome? And when they do see some resemblance with Romano, do they feel guilt towards their other ancestors?
